Cake Break

Today was the second to last day of our study abroad trip. After a short class meeting, everyone got into their video project groups to get to work. Every group has been working very hard on their video project, and today was the day for finishing touches. No one had trouble getting to work because we knew we would be awarded with cake and coffee later in the day.

After a very productive morning, it was time for a break. Everyone put on their geaux engineering t-shirts and then we headed outside to take a few group pictures. After our last awkward line photo, we walked down the hill to the café. At the café everyone stared at the many cakes to choose from. It took a while for everyone to decide what decadent piece they wanted, but eventually we were all sitting down enjoying our cake break. Once the cake and coffee were devoured, everyone wandered around Brannenburg for a little while and then headed back to the hotel to finish their video projects!
